Very friendly reception staff and great vets and nurses always happy friendly and helpful and very good with the pets couldn’t ask for any more

I would like to thank everyone at Maes Glas for their service, especially Clive who today took care of our beloved Dog Bryn during his final hours. Clive’s compassion and professionalism made a tough day much more bearable for the family. Thank you very much !

We really appreciate all the support, care and advice given to us caring for our two dogs. Vets, nursing staff, pharmacy workers, physios and admin staff are always helpful - our dogs are always treated as special and they aren’t afraid of their visits. Highly recommended

Grace Peters is our vet of preference . Always caring , understanding and very professional . Her compassion is outstanding and we feel listened to as owners of 5 dogs. Two of our dogs have chronic conditions and together with Grace’s care we have had many more years of quality time with them both. We trust her implicitly . However in terms of the practice at Brackla. Air con in reception and the consulting rooms would be an improvement for customers and staff . Yesterday ( 15/8/25 ) the temperatures were so high in the areas of the practice we were in. After all we pay sky high vet fees so should expect an exceptional environment .

Nothing but praise for the lovely staff who took in my mother’s cat after she had been run over while they were on holiday. The driver brought the cat to Maes Glas but she sadly didn’t make it. The staff kindly kept the cat for a few days and were so compassionate and caring when I came to collect her after the message had been received. They didn’t charge a penny either. I will never forget what the staff did at a sad time and am so grateful for their help in getting us closure and treating a beloved pet with dignity and kindness.
